I think it would depend on the compression. Tilleys99 had the 3.5 block on 3.0 heads running strong. From what I read in the all motor section it has a lot more lower torque with the 3.5 block. but for 7-8 grand is it worth it.

But AFAIK that kit costs $7K+.

7k holy ****. cool as hell tough.
I'd get the 8.5 compression one then NOS the hell out of it
P.S.: By NOS I meant Nitrous Oxide, not the company specifically, I'd just spray so much juice in there that I'd make it THINK it had 11psi of turbocharged air running through it

how much hp we talking here.
That's what I'd like to know.....
Replace your stock rods/pistons for $1800ish and your 3.5L bottom is good for 600+whp, so do you really need to hassle with a VQ40?
Unless you must be NA, it doesn't make sense to not go the FI route IMO, but different strokes for different folks.

I mean that would be nice for the future when they make the SC or TURBO.
Oops...I meant pimpjuice.

He wasn't tuned, but over 300whp IIRC.
