Rear bench seat cushion removal

If you need more space for cargo, the rear bench seat cushion is very easy to remove. There are two tabs right below the bench cushion. Pull on them and the bench comes out. The cushion is very light and easy to put back in place later. Apparently alot of cars have these rear seat tabs, but it is not mentioned in the owner's manual. I needed some extra space and this was pointed out to me. This may also facilitate cleaning.

I don't have a picture to show you. I know somebody would ask, sorry. However, just run your hand along the bottom of the bench along the area where it meets the rug/floor. You will feel the tabs right away. Just pull on them and the cushion pops out.

There are 2 tabs... one on each of the far right and left...
at the base of the seat cushion... you really can't miss it.
Just pull on each and lift the front end of the seat.
There are two small protrusions at the back of the seat which can be free just by lifting the front of the seat. if you try it, you'll know what I mean.
