Sup Fellas...

I just got 18' Zenetti Rims just installed w/ Falcom tires...the handling does feel a bit different...not bad just different. The front end especially, feels like it rides higher than the rear. I think about a 1 1/2 to 2' drop will help not only the look of the car but the ride also but I dont know what I need to do?
Do I need struts and springs or just struts or just springs? Do I need to drop the front and back? I like the way the rear looks already. How much do the good struts or springs cost for our car? What are the best brands to buy?
Help a brova out?!?!

PS...can someone tell me how to make a sig? Please?

congrats...there is a lot of debate about which springs are better. eibach and h&r are the two getting the most attention. tokicos are your best bet for shocks at the moment although a lot of people are running stock shocks with lowering springs.

to do a sig, go to your profile and insert the url of your picture or type whatever you want.

I'm not really worried about the shocks...I can live w/the stock ones too. Just concerned about getting the front end lowered. So all I need to get are lowering springs and thats it? How much do they run about?

check the parts listing at the top of the page with "sticky" in fron of it. i think that they run ~250-300 for a set depending on wehre you get them and which ones you decide on.

If you're not out for better handling and want to stick with stock struts, you may want to go with H&R. If you want better handling... Eibach.

YOu guys know what I meant...anyway, just to be sure, all I need are the springs to get the car lowered; struts and shocks I could add if I wanted better handling correct?

With a 2" drop, I don't believe the stock struts will last too long.

Where can I order either the Eibach Springs or the Sprint Springs...what are the web-sites? Is there a certain part# that I need to ask for to get the exact drop I want 1 1/2 to 2" drop?

Eibachs won't get you there, and Sprints/H&R's will come close. Check the Parts List thread for places that sell #1 and #3. I saw a link to #2 in the Sprint thread.

Are the site in the Parts list thread supposed to be linked because they're not. I thought they were linked before. I need to know where I can go to order Sprint or H&R springs...Thanx Y2Kev.

Yeah...my Zenettis are cool I think. Alot of people stop me and pull up to me to compliment me. I'm gonna post a few pics when I have everything done!

How much of a drop can I expect from each brand of spring? From what I understand, Sprint gives you about 2 inches, Eibach and H&R give you about 1 to 1 1/2 inch drop. I had a couple of people look at my car and tell me that I'd need no more than about a 1 to 1 1/2 inch drop on my front end. Does anyone know how much a drop you get from each brand?

do you have SE or GXE? Or gle? If you have a GXE, you really should go with aftermarket struts. If its GLE, you might want to go with H&R. With SE, go for Eibach.

I have an SE....I only want to get the front end lowered a little bit. I may even just cut a bit off the stock springs. But If I get new springs, I need to know if Eibach will lower it 1 inch 2 inches, which ones do what?

Don't worry, Eibachs will not get you down 2".

$269 is expensive. Yes, all for springs come in the kit.
