I would personally get a Random technology cat. I am a little biased though.

Well I've got a random tech which I bought for my 02 but never installed , and don't have the vehicle anyway. Reason I didn't install is because people that had it talked about the noise increase and droning.

I'll sell it for less than cust. ent would PM me.

I got the high flow cat from warspeed (bought it used from another member here). It's a metallic materials inside not cermanic. I have it along w/my catback for over 20K. No increase in noise whatsoever. BTW, I have not get an emission test done yet so I don't know if it will pass or not?

some of the guys were talking about the lifespan of the high-flow cats being less than that of OEM. There's definitely a pretty big price difference, though.

I've heard and read that gains from a high flow cat are minimal, since our stock cats aren't really that restrictive.... but that's debatable I guess, unless we have some tangible evidence. I'm guessing with aftermarket headers/y-pipe, and a cat-back, it'll contribute to more gains than with just stock exhaust components. So in saying all that, if emissions is a concern, it might not be worth the risk, if ya don't care for emissions and wanna get all the hp you can, then go for it.

Btw, I think Random Tech is pretty popular around here...
