From that amount of damage I'm assuming the rat-bastards jacked up your hood and bumper ripping them out. That sucks. What are you going to do once the car is fixed?
Switch to 00/01 headlights?

That is nuts, how can they say they wont cover it, how do they get to choose what they will cover if the manufacturer puts the lights in and they take your money?

That's bunch of bull. It's not like you want to get your HIDs stolen. Greedy bastards want to make more $$$

Yeah, that is ... who is your insurance company? If you have theft coverage, you have theft coverage, regardless of how much you pay in premium and how many times your stuff gets stolen.... I think that qualifies as some kinda discrimination... I dunno though... its like saying they're not gonna insure someone who lives in a bad neighborhood... weak example... but you get it...

Condolences... look at the bright side, if they jacked up your hood or scratched your bumper, Mr. Insurance is gonna pay for new paint! just make sure the shop doesn't buy it from Nissan...

the reason they wouldnt cover it if it happens again is because i still have my car registered in new hampshire and i was down here working on a temp basis. and they said if that was to happen again that they wouldnt cover it...thank god for insurance because i would be SOL without it there is no way i could handle 3500 right now.

they are basically saying its headlight suicide to go there in a maxima and going to new jersey and getting your headlights stolen is one in the same(its crazy). Renting a car is a lot cheaper than 3500

AFAIK, they cant make that kind of call. So long as you're a legal resident of NH, are drive out of state on business they cant just not cover you for something you've contracted them (premiums) to payout on. At best, they just wouldnt renew your policy upon term expiration.

(If there are any insurance pros here, correct me if I'm wrong on this.)
