How to keep low beam on with high beam

i have a 2002 with non-HID 2001 headlights. is there a way to wire it so that the low beams stay on with the high beams?

i forgot who i got the writeup from, but i used a relay to make the lights switch off. so is there a way to keep my lows and highs both on??

Connect the common ground to the chassis or the negative terminal on the battery.
