ebay cold air intake

does anybody know if i buy a cold air intake off ebay... can i just use the one piping as a short ram? i dont want to use a cold air intake because im really iffy about the water getting into my engine......i was planning to use just a ghetto piping as a short ram and then get a nice filter.. maybe either a stillen or K&N

chek the GD section for a cold air intake.
not saying anything bad about berk or franken. both are quality products. my first was a berk....

Interesting... 2 people suggest the Berk and he goes with FC... haha...

Anyways... check out the Place Racing CAI too... I believe they make em for 00-01s...

oops my fault hah.. alright i checked out the berk intake. looks alot better then the FC and its cheaper too. im plannin to get the viper starter/2 way pager alarm and winter tires 1st. new england is a b*tch for winter.

i would of gotten injen but i dont want CAI... like i said above.. im worried about water getting into my engine... i'll prolly get the berk intake with apexi filter

I would say that my car was quicker and I would say it did 5-8fwhp for my old 2k.....
