question about warantee

i finally picked up my 02 maxima, love the car, bose sux @$$ tho. The bose in my 97 maxima is 20x better, ashame that the 02 has all those speakers and isn't that loud or clear. But worse of all my cd player skips like hell, no matter what cd it plays (worse when the car is cold) Is this covered under the 60k warantee?.. because if so i have 3000 miles to go, better act on it soon.

i'd change the stereo eventually but i'd like to use the steering wheel functions for a little 1st =)

If you have the 60k bumper to bumper warranty then yes it's covered. But if your talking about the powertrain it's not.

Just go to the dealer, ask them to replace it. If they don't, ask to goodwill it. it takes 2 minuts to approve. Mine got replaced at 72k on a 2002, when I had no warranty of any kind.
