Navigation question....

I have a 02 SE w/o Navi. Is my harness the same as Navi equiped Maximas or do I need a new harness? How much does the navitgation system cost?

Don't even try this install, just go aftermarket. Too much system integration from what I understand...

not even close to being the same

i am in the process of doing it,

the problem is the climate control part, its a whole lot of rewiring that has to be done, Seperate climate control module, seperate defroster switch, whole lot of other pieces to make it work

I am confident i can make it work, but i am still trying to locate the Cliamte control Module and the defroster switch, once that is done i will update my other thread with results

Yes, it has touch screen for the nav and the climate control (up/down fan speed) also touch screen controls for the c.d player when the nav disk is not been used.

That's correct. I had it on my 02 Max. The harness is different from non Navi Maximas. It's not worth the money to install it. Get an aftermarket one. The 02-02 Navi is CD based, not dvd.....
