HELP! Car is shaking. Engine light is flashing

I just got back home. On the way my car was shaking all the time. Slip and Traction lights are on. At one point SES light was flashing. What can be wrong??? and the smell of roten eggs was comming from the car. I know my oxygen sensors need to be changed, but car was driving just fine. Can this all be caused by an oxygen sensor?

If it is I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND not driving the car anywheres as you can blow your hoses right off of your engine starving it of fluids thus destroying your engine.

he is correct. replace all the coils to keep from replacing ones further down the road. the ses light blinks when it denotes a misfire and the shaking is coming from the misfire as well.

what you have is a cylider misfire. check the codes and it will tell you which one. replace that coil and plug or all the coils if you want. i had the same exact thing.

I had the same thing as well - replacing the coils did the trick. In my case, after a few miles, the rough engine would go away, and all of the lights except the Check Engine light would go off. My luck, by the time I'd get a chance to get to Nissan, even the Check Engine light would go away. 2-3 weeks later, the process would repeat. I was finally able to get it in with the light on, and haven't had an issue since the coils were changed last March or so.
