I was able to carefully bend the indiglo gauge face so that it fits over the needle. I don't think the needle will bend much, so be very, very careful. The gauge face doesn't get taped or glued (at least mine didn't) it's held in place by the placement pins and the black bezel.

Now, all I need to do is get the needles a little brighter...

The needles get stuck when they move? If so, I would check to see if the new gauge face is bowed or bent. There's not alot of space between the bottom of the needle and the face of the gauge.

I had one that was binding the needle a little. I was able to move the indiglo gauge face around until it no longer touched.

BTW,
I have a 2000 and the gauge faces are separate pieces. The gauges for the 2002-3 should be one piece, I think. Which kind do you have?
