just installed a y-pipe and got a CEL P0140, bank 1 sensor 2. Anyone get this before and what did you do about it?

my scantool says something about no signal to oxygen sensor

 

Larrio, I have the same exact problem when i installed my stillen y pipe! Pm me.

 

i had the same code but only a year after my y pipe. came on before the headers but you can check out the tsb for this code on studman's website. nissan replaced both secondary o2 sensors along with an ecu flash for no cost.

 

it might be a little tricky for me. I'm out of the regular warranty period and also have the TS ecu.

my ECM part number 4Y916 does not fall into the following category. I already have the most updated ECM from nissan. I will try replacing the o2 this weekend and see how that goes

 

I have it. Been driving with it and 160 for about 3 months now. No time to fix it. :\

 

Larrio please let us know if replacing the 02 sensor will solve the problem. thank you
