The guy told me i have to change my o2 sensor...but he doesn't know wich one... can you guys help me out?

it could be the o2 sensor along with a few other things such as the maf (mass air flow) or even a vacuum leak. you may want to have an obd2 reader check the o2 sensors to see if they are in spec. if its fine and you cannot locate a vacuum leak then its most likely the maf. nissan has an updated part for the maf as the original had a fairly high failure rate.

Those 2 codes (P0171-P0172) are for fuel injection system lean and rich respectively. As sloppymax said, it could be caused by several things.
P0171
*Intake air leaks
*Heated O2 sensor 1
*Exhaust gas leaks
*Incorect fuel pressure
*Lack of fuel
*Mass air flow sensor
*Incorrect PCV hose connection
P0172
*Heated O2 sensor 1
*Injectors
*Exhaust gas leaks
*Inccorect fuel pressure
*Mass air flow sensor
