Stock exhaust replacement

Has anyone ever had to replace thier stock catback system? Mine was rattling a few months ago and it was fixed. It was the resanator clanking against those two support brackets under the car. Now the muffler is rattling. Is my stock catback going bad or something? Has anyone ever had this problem before? It is going to the shop on Friday so I will know for sure then, but just curious if anyone elses Max did this?

I say take it as an excuse to get a nice aftermarket cat-back... like a GReddy, Frankencar or Cattman....

And no, my stock cat-back was in good shape when I switched it out, so I've never had any of your problems....

You might just need to have the shop adjust the exhaust hangers. My Magnaflow muffler was rattling shortly after installation and adjusting the hangers fixed it.

There is no way in hell I would EVER put an aftermarket catback on.

My muffler (OEM) and B-Pipe (Cattman) started rattling slightly after one trip to the drag strip. I crawled under and was able to reposition the pipe and muffler in the hangars and stopped the rattles. Had to jack the car up to get under it, but it was fairly simple. Try adjusting, first. Good luck.
