Maintenance needed on high mileage?

I want to keep my 2000 Max for a long time. It looks in shape now. 50k, craptenzas are out (now on goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3), ignition coils are due and will be done soon, has run on synthetic oil since new (I know the previous owner) and the oil changes were made on schedule.

I know Nissan has a "service schedule" on nissan.ca, and I am trying to follow it (but not at the dealer)

I want to know here what are the MAIN maintenance items to look at, and when (mileage-wise).

This is the first car I really want to keep for a while, and I don't want to forget any parts in maintenance.

Any pointers?
