Warranty Question

Im sure this has been beatin to a pulp, but I need some opinions here please, no go to the search function rhetoric, smart comments, etc. Im sitting at 34,000 miles and I have until 36,000 to decide what the heck to do and I dont have a clue. Thanks for all your opinions, it is very appreciated.

What issues are you having that may require warranty work? Drivetrain is 5yr/60k miles...just FYI.

No problems, just wondering if I should extend the warranty, think I was going to get the Gold one, I believe. Just dont know if it is worth it or not.

I purchased a 7yr/100k when I bought my car. I could see how one could be on the fence about buying an extended warranty nearing the end of the factory issued one.

I bought the Gold warranty when I bought my certified used Max. All I can say is, that for me it was worth it. I've had all six coils replaced (around 50K miles), the manual tansmission repaired ( pulled from car, final drive rebuilt at around 65-70K) and my MAF replaced at 87K.
Parts and labor would have been more than the warranty cost.

Most warranties are a waste of $. Consumer reports would tell you that.
