i installed new ignition coils and spark plugs. disconnected the battery for couple hours to reset SES light (1320 code). this morning the car feels like it doesn't know when to shift? it gradually got a little better, but i don't know whether it just warmed up or the computer started relearning. how long will it take to be back to normal?

i also installed the K&N filter part of the Berk intake. i got the wrong midpipe, so i only put the filter on, but it sounds good.

 

40 to 50 miles of driving, I would mix city and highway in there

75 miles and still drives like @#$@$. when going ~45 i floor it, it seems to downshift, but the car is not going nowhere. the engine revs up, but it feels like same gear.
the car never had the tranny slip TSB done, can this be a symptom of this problem?
