Dashboard panel disassembly tips?
Hi-
Anyone have any tidbits, pictures or guides on removing the dashboard trim? I need to remove the lower (driver-side) dashboard trim panel (including the fusebox cover, under the steering column, etc.)
Last time I took a look, there were 2 screws I removed from the bottom, but didn't have enough time to figure out where the rest were...
Thanks!

hmm, found this while searching: http://forums.maxima.org/showthread....strument+panel
5. Remove the driver’s side kick-panel (under the steering wheel). It is attached with 2 screws and 2 small nut bolts
I must've missed those 2 small nut bolts.

I know where the 2 screws are, just not sure about the bolts.

har.
Thanks for the insight--I went ahead and completed the project I was doing, tucking my OBD-II scantool wires inside the dashboard with a single serial port exposed through a trim piece on the left side. Works properly this time (last time I rigged it without removing the dash panel piece, it was a clusterf*** and it didn't even work, lol... now it's mounted a little more cleanly.)

Oh, I'm well aware that I accidentally over-cut the trim piece with my dremel, hence the little black hole above the port.
My fault, I was holding the piece in my hand and the dremel in my other hand. Since then, I've purchased a Dremel Drill Press, and two of those trim pieces from DAVEB. I'd like to redo that trim piece correctly sometime when I get bored, so it doesn't look so ghetto.
