P0420 gone ,P0430 remain

P0420 gone ,P0430 remain
First,i got this 2 codes read from auto zone.And then i followed the P0420 TSB to take my car(2000 cali spec) to dealer reprogram the ECM.And then the check engine light came back after 30 miles.So.i went to auto zone again to check and see only 1 code left P0430.And the P0420 disappeared. I am a little bit happy with only 1 code left since the ECM reprogram work.
I wanna know that does it has a TSB for only P0430?? cus i only can find P0420 TSB, do u guys think should i change the oxygen sensor( red wire ) first and see what's gonna happen?or just replace the front-precat.. that little pipe cost $423 man... cus i don't wanna try o2 simulator yet..!!!! ANY Suggestion?
