I guess we can add the bottom two to the list because they are not in there. They are NATS Malfunction errors.

I checked a couple of things and refitted the gas cap, then reset the ECU and the codes were gone. I expect to see P0455 again, as this is the second time I have seen it. Despite following protocol on the gascap.

what do you guys use to pull up these codes and where i can i get one of these? also for which one of these ECU codes would come up if my car has this problem - - manually start the car the RPM would go to 1 and significantly drop to 0 and then the car would shut off and 'service engine' light would come on and then i would have to start it up again til the car starts, and automatic start the car would start and sometimes shut off and restart itself and run normal. maybe someone here can help me. thanks for your help guys.

Sounds like syptoms of the Crank Position Sensor Recall. Check your local dealer and see if you car has had that recall done.
I got these codes pulled at AutoZone. You can buy a ODB tool for $80 to have for your own use.

I have a 2000 nissan maxima twin turbo(automatic transmission). I really need some help or support in order for me to fix my car. My car engine soon light turned on and when I took it to auto zone they gave me the codes posted below.

P0138 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage (Bank 1)
P0139 - Heated Oxygen Sensor 2 Circuit Slow Response (Bank 1)
P1126 - Throttle Control Motor Relay Circuit Open

What should you all recommend me to do in order to fix the problem?

Most of the codes are in the EC section (Engine Control). Codes for the auto trans (P07xx) are in the AT section as one example.

For the O2 sensors look in the "stickies" for this thread and scroll down about 3 pages to where ir says O2 SENSOR LOCATIONS AND CODES.
