need help,please-headers and o2 codes

I have an 02 I35.I posted here because Maxima owners here seem to like to mod there cars and I do also. I put cattman headers on and I am getting P0031,p0037;p0051, and p0057 o2 sensor codes. I have one 02 in each bank and two after the main cat. Does anyone know of a fix. Bryan Catts says this is the first He has heard of this problem. I live in Mo. and there are not many shops that mod I35's but i can tell you this, the headers make a big seat of the pants difference. When I dyno I will post the no. Not set up to do the graphs.

each one of those codes is for heater control circuit low for each o2 sensors. have you attempted to clear the codes to see if they return. the reason i ask is that you would have to have horrible luck for all 4 heaters to go bad on the o2 sensors. did you or the install attempt to wire the o2 sensors up any differently than extending & relocating the secondaries behind the main cat?

thanks for the reply sloppymax. the installer used different guage wire and at one point i saw the two that went past the main cat lying on the ground. also i think the 02 sensors are hitting the heat shield. they were rerouted between the header pipes of the front header. he said he will re-do the wires and re-weld the the exhuast pipe by cutting and turning them. any other ideas?

The O2 Sensors are sensative. I took my time extending each O2 Sensor and made sure that they were being located correctly. I soldered all of them with 22 guage wire. You can't get the wires or the locations of them mixed up.

I was very paranoid about the O2 sensors throwing codes left and right so I was patient with the extending of the wires.

Hopefully, if he redoes it and resets the ECU you should be golden.

If the O2's were on the ground, he may have dropped them. In the Nissan FSM it says not to use a dropped sensor. So if he tossed all of them on th e ground in a hurry, you could conceivably have 4 bad O2's if you have a scanner, like the auterra, you can always see what the voltage is doing with each sensor. If you have to replace, try oxygensensorwholesale.com I think it was. I got my front one there for $56. as opposed to $175 from the stealer.
