Its so cold!
Alright I know, I live in Canada, where the snow never melts... 
nowadays, its freackin cold outside, an my poor Max sleeps outside.
Ive had trouble starting the car for the first time yesterday (got a boost from neighbor), and I am considering a block heater installation...
Is it a "do it yourself job"?
What are my choices (type of heaters)?
How much will it cost roughly?
Will it generate new "electrical problems"?
