Wilwood Caliper Help, Urgent

So I bring my car into the shop because I hear a squeeking noise from my front right brakes. The mechanic says that the pistons in the front right caliper has locked up. I've got the Wilwood 4-Piston Forged Aluminum Superlite Calipers #120-7429. He says I need a replacement, or he can just return the brakes to stock. I hate to eat the $1000 I spent on the big brake kit. So I called Precision Brakes and they say to try and get it rebuilt. Or just buy a new one priced at $140. However, there is at least a week back log on the order from Wilwood. Here are my questions: 1. Do any of you know of a store or site that may have these in stock? or 2. Do any of you know if it's possible to fix this problem? I've taken to 3 places and they all recommend getting a new one, cause they can't work on it. Thanks for your help everyone.

The caliper is completely rebuildable. The least you could do is take it apart, clean it and put it back together. How long have you had it? Check out the wilwood site to begin with. http://www.wilwood.com

I've only had them for about a year and a half. The instructions on the website are very specific. I know I wouldn't be able to do it. And the 3 mechanics I took it to were hesitant. Anyhow, I ordered one caliper for $120 from Behrent's Performance Warehouse in NY. I guess I can hold on to the "messed up" one for future repair. Thanks for the help.

You got the Wilwood caliper for $120??? Was it used or something, that price is not bad at all.
