I got mine too last week, put it outside in the sun, but you are in PA, so I think there is not hot weather for you, it should go back to the original form. What I did, I put it on top of the car for one day and went back to the original form.... Also try putting it in the front bumper and force it there for a while.... another person will be very helpful...

Leave it out on a sunny day. It should return to its original shape.

I just laid mine out on the floor with some weight in the really bent areas and everything went back to normal.

Geez, now i'm afraid of getting one from Stillen. Perhaps I should just get the AE lip from Nissan instead, less headache and less fussing iwth the shipping

It's not a big deal. Urethane will return to its original shape.

mount it on your car & leave it there for a few days... the heat & formation of the car will help it get back into shape.

the part of the lip that is deformed is the bottom part of the lip. i don't think that putting it on the car will help that out but will heat make it go back to its normal position?>

That's where I got my entire kit and did not have any problems.
