Are these really good for winter weather? Personally have never heard of them.

I got the PIAA super silicone inserts, and they're ok. I feel like the stock wipers were the best?

They claim they are the best you can buy. I had a hard time finding a 26" so I ordered them. I live in Denver with plenty of snow and ice. Tirerack claims they will do great on snow..only time will tell.

i just got the piaa's last week, And i have to say that they do a good job when it is raining... but that is because thye give you a rainx "wipe" that you put on the windsheild before you install the wiper blades. this makes it look like the blades are doing an awsome job, but half the reason why is because of the rainx.

all in all they are pretty good, but not $37 worth. and they are not too great in the snow/ice... but then again, what wiper would be?

Canadian tire sell similar wiper, I installed a set in both the Murano and the maxima and those wiper works very well, for snow I found they're the best also when you drive 120km/hr + they do their job like no other.

Cheers

$50 for wipers??? I thought I was splurging by paying $9 a piece for Rain-X brand wipers. I am extremely happy with those, they don't squeak and I slather my windshield with Rain-x as well so I have awesome visibility in the Florida rain. To be honest, I could have just bought the $3 wipers and they probably would have worked as well, but I couldn't find them in a 26. I always used them on my old car and never had a problem though. Rain-X is only $3 for a bottle and that lasts a long time.

I purchased similar constructed blades from Canadian Tire about a month ago. There's no noise and they clean very well in wet/snow, the only thing to take care about is not to smash them when frozen, it will damage the steel inside..

i have to agree with triangle man. i had the rain x wiper blades on my previous integra gsr and they worked 100X better than the stock blades. i will be getting another set for my maxima tomorrow cuz my stock wiper's rubber ripped off tonight when i tried to wipe the glass when waiting for my car to warm up but not realizing that it had got frozen to the glass and thats when the blade went up but the rubber stuck and ripped right off! wow that was a long sentence.
