Tire Rotation

Is it good to rotate the tires on our cars (00 max) ? Ive heard stories on how some cars dont drive so well when their tires are rotated. It throws everything off. But im runnin on stock rims and potenzas. feedback would be helpful. Thanks

Tires should always be rotated, unless you want to get 1/2 the mileage out of them. Just make sure they check the balance on the tires when you rotate them. Lots of times tires "wear in " when they're not rotated. When you rotate them, the tires from the rear haven't worn into their comfort zone like the fronts and can make you feel stuff you didn't feel prior to rotation. Re-balance is probably the most important. Rotate them every 5,000 miles. I wouldn't run your Potenzas more than 30,000, they start feeling like crap after that.

yea about every other oil change is good to do but atleast a few times a year just to make sure they get even wear.
ALso as said above balanceing is one of the most important things you can do as well.

I rotate my tires every time I change oil too. However, I've read somewhere that it might actually cost you more to rotate your tires since you need to pay every time you rotate/balance (unless you do it yourself). Does the money paid to rotate/balance your tires over the life of the tires outweigh the cost to replace tires more frequently? I'm not sure. Any thoughts??
