I just made a call to one of my distributors and they told me that they are in the process of making a replica of the OEM 6 spoke SE wheel in a 18x8.5 and a 19x8 application. Man, I think that I might have to go back with an OEM style wheel. I asked what the dif. would be and he told me that the center cap would be blank instead of saying nissan. He told me that the OEM caps will fit though. Man, this is the first time I pee-peed in my pants in years. Be on the look out around the end of the summer!

That sounds great! Any idea on prices?

The only other mag that I really like is another 6 spoke. I think it's made by AMS or RMS. There is a guy with a 4th gen and 19's and they look way awesome! There is another with (I think a 5th gen) with 17's, again WOW!

Don't know who will manufacture them but the company that will be selling them is called Wheel Workz. They said that the wheels will be around 1600 for 18" and 1900 for 19". I also think this Axis wheel would be killer on a Max. http://superbuytires.com/cgi-bin/sbtapp2?119

Dunno, I think that is moderately priced. The guy said they are being made especially for them so they have the monopoly on them. they are even supposed to come in rwd and 6 lug applications for the frontier and pathfinder. Remember that price is sugg. retail.

Maybe they wil be lighter b/c he said that they are being built for those who are performance minded which leads me to belive that they will take weight into consideration when producing the wheel. Makes sense!

Look, the stock wheels are ultra expensive even at 17x7. They are also very heavy.

Recreating the stock wheels at an even bigger size will make the wheels super heavy and super expensive!!!

I like the wheels on your car!

I would go for the 18 inch SE look-a-like wheel.
The 17inch wheel makes me jeoulous( i got the stock GLE 16")

Man having 18's or 19's that are SE replicas would be too awesome. I save every penny to buy them. I wonder how much it would cost to have them cromed out?

sorry, but those axis wheels look like a flower. I think its the way they round off the spokes on the edges.

has anyone heard of how to get some Skyline Wheels the new 6-spokes with the GTR center caps? Those would look tight on a Maxima.

Yeah I don't know about spending that kind of money on oe look-a-likes. I like to make my car stand out from the rest. I also like rims that have at least a lil lip on them. Thats just my opinion.
