Hubcentric Rings

Hey,
This is my last resort.......I need to obtain a set of HUBCENTRIC rings for my new wheels! where can I get them from. The place I got the wheels is jerking me around, what a surprise! and all the shops in my area are acting DUMB! They claim they have never heard of these "things" they just keep telling me I need my wheels rebalanced!
and does any know for sure if our bore center is 66.2?
