good deal just one problem, help!

i recently found a good deal on a 02, ive been looking to trade in in my 00 fully loaded black on black. i was offered a good deal on an 02 gle grey luster with every option but navi and a sunroof. i really want a sun roof so my question is how much would it run me to have one installed if possible. this 02 is clean and has super low miles at a good price. anyone if you heard or have done this please answer-is it worth it-would it be regretful on the long run let me know. this deal is for asap, help with some numbers please.

if you want one buy one that already has it. I would say anywheres from $800-1200

you're better off finding one that already has it from factory. The aftermarket installs are not as good as the original, the switch wont look as good, may not have the lights etc etc....with the amount of 5.5 Gens out there you are better off finding one that has it already. a deal will come your way...its only a deal if its exactly what you want.

i won't go for it, since aftermarket is not worth the cost to cut the roof to install the moonroof. Additionally, it's gonna leak or have some problem. You're better off finding a Max that has a factory moonroof.

Amen to that. Don't buy something you're not gonna be happy with. Put it this way...for the 800-1200 bux it's gonaa cost to put 1 in, this deal would have to save you more than 1200 bux to be worth it. I would never let anyone carve a hole in my baby!

It all depends on your particular situation with your current car. Do you own outright? Are you financing? If so, how much do you owe? If you can get a great deal not only the car you want, but on your trade, than go for it. I personally don't think it's worth trading in because of a sunroof. Half of the time it's too cold, the other half it's too warm and you have the AC on. But that's just my opinion. To get an aftermarket roof, I would say about $1000 for a quality job.
