I've been doing a lot of research for no apparent reason on Nissan's Continuously Variable Valve Timing System and I can't find any information on how it works and what components are involved. Does anyone know the method used? I've seen various technologies including using a tensioner in between the exhaust cam sprockets and intake cam sprocket...but that doesn't seem as if it would a design allowing the timing to be continuously variable. No...I'm not a nerd, im just very tired and very bored.
