Budget y-pipe dyno

A lot of questions have been asked about y-pipe in general, and the budget pipe specificly. I found a dyno test on motorvate.ca for a budget y-pipe versus stock in a 1995 maxima, with a Stillen cone air intake in both runs. It shows ~ 19WHP gains; and I don't see why 5th gen would be any different. I have a Warpspeed y-pipe in my car and experienced nice gains, but didn't dyno it.
