P0135 Code Help..

P0135 Code Help..
I have a Cali spec 2000 SE built in June of 2000. I received a P0135 code and did a reset and it has reappeared. The code says it is a Bank 1 sensor heater circuit malfunction (O2 Sensor). Also, I am running a Stillen Y pipe.
Where is the O2 sensor located and what is the Bosch part number, or Nissan part number?
