HELP!!! Rough idling/stalling

It been really cold lately and my car hasn't been doing too great. I know the temperature is definately the biggest factor, but I was wondering what I can do about stalling. I've been warming it up for about 5 mins (sometimes even stalls during the warm up time unless I rev the engine a little) and sometimes it still stalls outs, usually at stop signs or red lights. I was wondering what I can do to help my car run better. I was thinking about the fuel cleaners. Or would I have to replace the fuel injector? I don't even know what I'm talking about really.. somebody please help!!!
