My wife experenced some bucking and serging in her 2003 Max with a manual transmission, 30K mi. and no other problems. (The problem went away on the way to the dealer.) The dealer said the repair consisted of "Re-Program ECM" Per TSB (NTB01-016 190 W40). Say what? I have searched many sites with no luck in finding what this is. I wonder if this TSB really exsists. It wasn't listed in the Gov site. Any one have a clue on the mystery TSB?
