you know what i'm going to say to this

i haven't even seen either of the "new" stillen kits yet...i like the stillen kit, but it looks too plain for my tastes...a body kit is supposed to stand out...i get complements daily (i haven't had one person say to me they didn't like it yet...in person that is...it looks better in person than it does in the pics)...so...yeah, i vote for the ninja kit...even the back end is growing on me

yeah MrBurner, that's exactly what i think. Body kits shouldn't be hidden, plain, or ugly just so they can have performance; i think that a kit should look awesome and give some performance. It's a BODY kit, not a PERFORMANCE kit.

well it all depends on the person. a kit to me is more of an enhancement for the car's aerodynamics. to creat that vacum between the underbody and the ground. i think the first stillen kit looks nice. i dont' like very flashy kits.. but that of course is nothing more than my opinion. but if i were to pick an exotic kit, i'de hafta say the ab flug kit for the supra is just awesome..

Ninja is cool.. aggressive, the rear is kinda funy.

First run stillen is smooth and classy.

AE looks a smidge buck toothed and I don't dig on the down turned tailpipe.

New stillens I need to see a quality pic of the thing painted the same color as the car.

Thats my 4 cents.

face it... you just don't want to admit that the new stillen's aren't as good as the first... the first stillen is waayyy too subtle for me.

which kit?

I love the ninja kit. The front end looks so damn hot. The back end is starting to agree with me, but the front end looks great.

I have to say the Stillen is the best kit. I think that body kit should match the contours of the car and compliment the car's curves. It shouldn't alter the looks of the car. The stillen kit does just that, those other kits are to drastic and will be played in a year! I don't like those new Stillen kits though!

DAVEB faxed me the 16 pages of installation instructions for the AE kit. I'm thinking of getting it. What do people not like about the AE kit? I think it looks really nice.

Anyone remember the Nissan ELSE project ?

The project fazzed out since no interest.
For those of you with a collection of SCC from 1998, the issue was August98, the cover story was the DC Sport Type R's The article started on page 141 stretched to 145.

I like the Ninja front end and side...the rears too much for me, doesn't match the cars body lines at all IMO. I attached pix of the ninja kit...

The company has adds in magazines like Sport Compact Car. I forgot to look up the name of the company...just check out the mag and you'll see a full page add with the Maxima bodykit with others
