Anybody have this kit?

I'm worried about how high from the ground it is without lowering the car. Its fiberglass - will it crack at the first driveway/pothole?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...RK%3AMEWA%3AIT

Has anybody had any experience? Pls help me out.

i dont mind the fornt bumper but the back is just ugly IMO. i wouldnt get tehm personally but yeah, if thats what you like, then go for it! and yes it will crack!! i have a fiberglass kit on my 240sx and the front lip is just cracks everywhere. dont buy fiberglass, your car will look real cheap after couple of years. and they dont even fit right...

I have seen someone on here with that kit, chinaonnitrous or something like that. Fiberglass sucks. Stick with urethane.

yeah i have it and its bad *** trust me its strong i hit some **** and it held up the thing you have to worry about is the sides but your not lowered like i am 2.2 inchs front and 1.6 rear so i see no problems in your case.
good luck p.m me with any qestions p.s FILL YOUR POCKETS WHEN YOU GO TO HAVE IT PUT ON CAUSE ITS A PAIN IN THE BUTT AND IT COSTS LOTS OF MONEY TO HAVE PUT ON. 900-1500 DEPENED ON SHOP AND FACTORY FAWS LIKE BODY WORK (CRAFTSMANSHIP)

The only problem with this kit as you can see in 01ctmax sig pic is that where the fenders end and the bumper begins, its not molded right so the curves dont flow. I have the stillen front bumper which is urethane and it is molded so the lines flow from the bumper to the fender and I have hit it a few times and it has not cracked or broken. Either go with urethane or just paint the stock grill.

shout outs to all y'all for ur help. I'm goin wit the kit, I wonder how many inches lower the kit is than the stock front bumper. Chun, ur 240 looks fine, ur cracks arent noticeable from far.

My shop says it may sway over 60mph with the resistence? Anyone heard of this?

thanks, thats because i slaped on some touchup paint, i swear people wont notice them too well but YOU will see it from a mile away!!! and no, theres no such thing as 60mph crap, ive floored my 240 to 110mph HARD, and have been drifting with this car for a quite a bit now. the kit is still there. and no problmes whatso ever.if you do get the kit and get it painted finally.. (which will cost alot if you get a shop to do it) post some pics will ya? the fender does look weired IMO..... it doesnt flow...

That is the reason why I went with the urethane Stillen front bumper. It may not be cheap, but it flows.

id say go with urethane. i was originally ganna go with w/that front bumper, but than i heard to many things about it cracking and stuff, so i went with urethane, and its really durable. it is a huge pain to get the sides and back to fit right because of the Fiberglass, it will cost you a pretty penny to get that kit put on and painted properly
