Turn signal wires, which is (+) & (-)?

I need to add resistors to my turn signals in order to stop the rapid blinking I currently have thanks to my LED lights, so...

...does anyone know which wires are the positive and negative wires for the front and rear turn signals?

I don't see how a resistor would make a difference, a capacitor maybe, but anyways it doesn't matter what side of the bulb you put it on so either wire will do.
