HELP. I need some advice

Heres the story...I put in some DDE's, Only finished once side cause one of the rings was broken. Anyway I put the other headlight in and turned it on. DDE's work perfectly. Last night I rewired my fogs and they worked too with parking lights. NOW I have 2 problems. The first is that the fogs dont work at all.. And I have some of that silicone sealent on the front of the headlight..need some help cleaning it off. ALso any advice on fogs would help becuase I dont know wha happenes. Thanks.. if you think It could be the fuse.. where is the fuse located?

just check your quick splice, and see if it didnt come loose or anything....it doesnt take much to pull one of those wires out of there when you are putting everything back together.

lol...The thing was pressed forward..so the high beams were activated. Thats why they didnt turn on. SO now the only problem I have is the silicone issue. This really sucks..The drivers side is covered pretty good...the pasenger isnt too bad. Thanks guys
