Probably talking about polyurethane inserts. They are inserted into the mounts and it helps with wheel hop among other things.

I just installed Energy Suspension motor mounts I bought from Cattman. They are solid polyurethane inserts. I haven't taken the car to the strip yet to see how they work though. In driving on the street my shifts seem more solid when letting out the cutch. They transfer more vibration from the motor to the cabin but it's only noticeable at idle. I'll probobly hit the strip this weekend or next. Then I'll know for sure if they help wheel hop.

isnt there another mount sold that is for lateral movement? I heard someone talking about it. It doesnt support the weight of the engine but controls the rotation of it. THanks
