Rebuilding 5-speed...oil guide question

ok..I'm re-building the 5-speed in my brother's 01 AE max. Ready to put the trans all back together, but I (and 5 other car guys) can't figure out where the heck this third oil guide goes inside the trans. It's like a hollow block with an arm with a hook sticking off the side of it. The part isn't in the trans diagram in the FSM so I have absolutely no idea where it goes. Has anyone re-built a 5-speed and have any idea where this thing goes?? Pictures would be amazing.....
