Voltage Stabilizer???

Anybody got one? I saw it discussed in Import Tuner magazine a couple of months ago and was a recommended mod (along with ground wires, intakes, headers, catbacks, etc.) Was wondering if it's worth investing in or not, and if so, what brand should I consider?

I tried the engine ground wires on my 3rd Gen (from Matt Blehm), and I noticed that the car seemed to crank more effortlessly, and the entire electrical system worked better. Even my sound system sounded better and played louder with the ground wires...

Anybody???

I've seen a few and they're not too expensive, but I have no idea how much of an effect they have...
