interesting reasoning for check engine light
A interesting thing happened to my maxima today, I started it up and immediately I knew something was wrong, it sounded like it was misfiring, I though ok i've got 72k must be these infamous coil packs. The engine check light came on immediately.
Anyway, I drive home and it definitely is exhibiting misfiring or faulty spark plug characteristics. I drove back to my apartment, and an hour later I started it back up again and it seemed fine. took her to autozone a few hours ago and she threw a P1320 - Misfire, he cleared the code and it hasn't come on yet....has anyone experienced this?? I figured maybe it was because I didn't turn the key all the way(because I hate the starter screech), which really doesn't make sense...i don't know...any input?
She's running 93 Exxon
