wat is active head restraints
i think it is when you get into an accident and the middle of your back hits really hard against the middle of the seat, that causes the headrest to move forwards so you don't get whiplash so bad...i'm pretty sure they have an explanation w/ pics on the infiniti website

thanx all , that's wat i thought but the thing i don't get is that it can come off and there is no wire connected to it....so how does it know to move with u when you get into an accident....how is it suppose to know, i don't think there is a pc attach to it to monitor it like the transmission and engine and things.
