ok, its confirmed, the body shop COULD NOT put my side skirts on

he explained to me today that they did not fit right over the stock side skirts, and they tried to take off the OEM sides, that didnt work, he just said it didnt really fit flush. he has them painted and ready to go on, they said they just didnt feel comfortable putting them on because of the fitment. the rear looks fine, the front looks fine, its just the sides. they even lined up the CF hood perfectly.

so now i know exactly WHY they dont go on. im goin to pick them up saturday, and will have someone who has done them on a max before do it. it just seems strange...i thought the skirts were the easiest to put on.

You have to remove the stock sideskirts to put on the Stillen ones. It should fit right on...these guys are weird...

haha, i took my mudflaps off, so that definitley isnt it. i didnt realize you had to remove the OEM one. thanks triple, im gonna take a look at it over the weekend, but i will have someone with more experience than me screw with it.

Duh... you have to take the factory skirts off first... only makes sense. morons....

just take your car as far away from them as you can...

Of course you have to take the OEM skirts off. I thought they would've done that.

they said they tried that too, and it didnt work. its dumb on my part too, i dont know whats goin on. i just remember my accord bolted right onto the stock rocker panel, there was no side skirt to remove, from what i remember.
