Do you run your cat with your y-pipe for emissions?

or do you guys take off the y-pipe completly for emmision? or highflow cat? im confused since i read that cars with y-pipes wont pass emissions

Warmed up with y-pipe and stock cat = pass emissions in VA

Where did ya read that cars with y-pipes don't pass emissions?

I just did emissions like a few weeks ago and had no problems.
