My climate control is spoiled and wont work on a hot day, but works perfectly on a cool day....WTF?!?!?!?

bay area is just getting warmer and warmer....today it reaches to 83 degree. wat happened was the AC wasnt working...it was blowing warm air....the sensor knew the car was hot inside....it turned on the fan to the highest. but all it came out was bunch of warm air. I had it set to various temperature, from 65 to 80....but it will not pump out and cold air....

anybody experienced the same problem?

btw, I noticed this a while ago....Nissan changed the air conditioning amplifier for me already...

Do you have it set to "auto"? Do you have recirculation turned off? Does the display show "auto" or "manual"?

 

I set it to auto, with recirculation on

then I tried manual....

either way didnt work

 

i say take it back to the dealer and have them check it out.

 

Your profile says you have a model year 2000 Maxima. Take it to the dealer for warranty repair. It sounds very broken to me!
