Wiper Blade not sitting on glass correctly

I just replaced my wiper blades and for some reason the passenger side (17") is not curving to the shape of the glass, it is laying flat. Any ideas on what would be causing this??

Is the wiper blade too stiff?

Make sure it's locked into the arm. Sometimes you have to wiggle it a little bit until you feel a click.

The blade has plenty of give/flexibility and it is locked/clicked into the arm. I can't imagine the end of the arm is bent since the previous wiper blade sat fine on the windshield. One of those little things that drive you nuts.

if that is true though, the WIPER (not the blade) has to be messed up somehow...sorry

I don't follow. Did you buy refills or replace the blade?

BTW, the tip (2 or so inches) of my passenger blade has never sat against the windshield when it's in the tucked away off possition, and I've gone through 5 sets of refills.

I replaced the blades. The last 5 or 6 inches are not hitting the glass when in the off position which makes it pretty noticeable.

Got to be the replacement blade of unknown origen. Either get an exchange blade or get the OEM blades back and put refills on.

They are PIAA Blades. This is the only problem with ordering things off the web, the hassle when there is something wrong with the merchandise.
