I'm posting this for a lazy friend of mine. I'm a 3rd gen man myself. He has a service engine code of P0420. Catalyst System Efficiency Below Threshold (Bank 1) What does that mean exactly and what does he need to do? Get a new catalytic converter? Thanks.
