How do you Reset the ECU on a 2001, THe 2002-2004 Resetting did not work. Neither Did unplugging the battey

 

unplugging the battery will only make it dissapear for a short amount of time. if the problem is still there, it only takes a few cycles and the ecu will spit it back out. you need to make sure a new code is not present because you can reset it all you want but it is going to come back if you do not have the failure resolved.
