Halo Projector question, HELP!!

I just received the halo projector headlights for my 2000 GXE. My question is there are 4 wires for the halos 2 red 2 white, where do I connect these four wires to? Don't want to screw this up.

splice it to the running lights(smaller lights on top of the blinker)

you have a choise. wonna be all fancy. you can wire them to a 12v source and put a switch in.
or just tap the parking light 12v wire. and ground the white wires.
